I am looking for a developer for my server! It is called GoldenPvP network. But a developer is probably the only thing that will keep it going. The server needs lots of help and custom items and plugins but I don't have a developer, which is why I am looking for one. If the server grows bigger the developer will receive money from donations for all the hard work he/she did to make it possible!

he is stating why no one will probably be a dev for the OP so ignoring them will get you no where, listening to them will help you build off your problems to improve your current state of getting a dev.

I suggest just getting free plugins off spigot, no offense but you probably wouldn’t get a good or great developer for free. Most developers work for up front and don’t want to take a chance at working for donations

Obviously, you may not find a developer who can work for free in the market so I'd suggest you pay for developers otherwise
good luck finding.
Also, you shouldn't mention that you need a free developer because they will make sarcasm of you.

If you get some money together, I will do this. I only work for free for people who have a decent sized server really, so get free plugins until youre big.
