No, no machine specifications listed anywhere, which means its just a machine with pilled up ram and some weak cpu, lets not forget to mention you share that ram and space and cpu with others, which means someone can allocate himself tons of ram, or fill up hdd and cause your server to lag / crash / get corrupt data and then you are screwed and not even a backup will work and wont perform.
But that's just my point of view
