So I know this has been posted way too many times, you don't need to tell me, but I'm requesting a partner for my server RebootMC. My past threads have been a bit selfish so I'm trying to be more fair with this partnership. There are a few requirements though for this partnership:

- 16 Years or Older
- Able to spend a one off payment of $300 on the server (explained further)
- Experience as a server owner
- Be able to manage a community and staff team

What I currently have:
- 1.4k Member Discord
- All plugins & development

My Responsibilities:
- Fixing backend issues (bugs, glitches ect)
- Managing finances (expenditure and income)
- Providing support

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a staff team
- Manage a community
- Organising events, keeping up-to-date with the community.
- Provide new ideas for the server to keep it enjoyable from community feedback

I have all resources needed to make RebootMC a successful server, so no development is needed for release.

Your $300 will cover the following / what is needed:
- First month of server hosting
- Trailer for the server
- Purchase of buycraft ultimate plan
- Purchase of buycraft theme (possibly)
- Purchase of a factions spawn (unless you can supply one)
- Any other expenses

Server ownership % will be discussed when you contact me. I will not partner with anyone. You must have experience, I must know or at least heard of you, you must have decent reputation in general, not just on mc-market.

I will always have ownership of domain, buycraft and paypal. Depending on your reputation and ability to sign a contract, remaining assets can be shared. You will have access to everything less the PayPal account, just not ownership.

Background of RebootMC
Over the 4 years RebootMC has been active, it’s had over 500,000 joins, over $100,000 in donations and peaking 250 players each map. Even when the server has not been advertised, it’s had a 50+ playerbase just from discord announcements! Each map with no advertising the server makes about $1,800.

I am sorry but if you cannot even get hosting, like partnerships or sponsors, it's a nono.
Also you wish to manage expenses but yet you don't have the money.

This seems very bland, I wish you best of luck finding a suited partner.

Thanks for bringing that up because I know this will be on a lot of people's mind.

Yes, I do have money but no, I'm not willing to put it on the line anymore for minecraft. Minecraft a year ago with servers, very profitable nowadays, it's harder. If you'd know how much time, money and effort I've invested into servers the past 12 months, you'd understand why I'm not going to be investing my savings anymore. I've got over $1000 in plugins and development to use on Reboot, some including features no other servers have implemented before.

I guess you could take this thread as an investment opportunity however I'd like for a second owner to manage the community side of the server.

This recruitment thread is giving someone with not enough money to make a server from scratch but enough to provide basic support to potentially make a good amount of money.

Past maps made 100,000 a month and you need money?

Wish they made $100,000 a map, but no that was made over 4 years.

So if you don't feel like you can risk money on your server, why would someone else? You said "Yes, I do have money, but no, I'm not willing to put it on the line anymore for minecraft" so why would someone else, if even you, the server creator, doesn't believe this will succeed?

As I said, you'd understand why if you know me or know how much I've invested already.

High risk high reward. Ontop of the fact I've been scammed over $1k this month alone so, no I don't want to spend much more of my own money.
