#1, You spelled Management wrong in your title.
#2, You didn't provide evidence for the servers you played for and you didn't say what the playerbases for the servers.
Also, nobody is really going to trust you because you are a fairly new member, I suggest maybe working for free just to build peoples trust and to gain some vouches.
