What is enough proof in your mind to ban a "hacker" ESP hacks, xray, jitter fly, seeing them 180 spin and start hitting, etc.

What is Abuse ? When a staff either abuses of their own permissions or he abuses of a player by example threatening to ban if a player doesnt give them in-game $

Why have you decided to apply for staff? Lately been getting in to Minecraft again and need a server to invest my time
How will your presence benefit our staff team and server? Is there anything in particular that you believe that you can help improve? I can tell people when they are being too obnoxious, I am very mature if needed, but also like playing around, perfect stats for a liked moderator imo.

For someone that's 20 years old you have no experience, you're not showing any proficiency in your writing. I don't work for this server but I can see quite a few issues hiring you.
