prison servers have a system set up where players can buy blocks that have a value and when placed at there cell or is it adds to the value of the property and has a /top to anounce leaders
i would like this converted into a towny friendly plugin where certain blocks within peoples towns would do ^. town owner's name would be put on a /top command for organzing awards for being top town
2nd plugin
Validations:
towny freindly plugin that have a configureable list of hopefully 100 building names for town owners to build and when finished building something from the list they can pay to put it on a validation check list. an assigned rank (staff) will then be see a list of buildings to validate as built as intended and can /validate and awards are given (town blocks. money. as well as fill prerequiset requirements IE in order to build a barracks you have to have a library and a school built.
