I am not sure if this is a serious request or just a joke.

If you are looking for an investment at least come across somewhat professional, not capitalising simple letters or words and having emojis spread throughout the thread is not appealing at all. If you want to even have a chance of finding an investor or partner from the forums you are definitely going to need more information, just saying it's a complete custom network, and then listing one feature is not the best of starts.

Furthermore, what is the investment going towards, I see you need a test server, that can be done for a $10, how much do you need from this investor or partner, are you giving away a percentage or just returning an agreed amount? You then went on to say that the investment will also be needed for "our progress", this is not helpful to anyone, I would recommend that you tell someone where their money is going to and what actually needs to be done.

I am going to leave that there, these are my thoughts, however best of luck finding someone.
