SnapMc is about 2.5 years old now, the discord has 1500 members currently and we have well over 70k unique joins on the Minecraft server. The whole server is custom coded by me, we have just about every game-mode you can think of built into the server. The server has done quite well for itself over the years but due to lack of major funding for advertising it never really got that popular. The players that do play snap all love the server and agree the only thing missing is.. well, more players. There are tons of active players who would play snap a lot more if it had more players.
The following modes are 100% custom (built from scratch) Survival, SkyBlock, Prison, Creative, Towny, Anarchy, BedWars, UHC, Parkour, Puzzles, Elytra. So basically the whole server is custom which is what makes it so great.
There are a handful of public plugins used around the server like MobArena or Citizens.
The server has everything you'd expect, forums, domain, logos, discord, store, a loyal staff team, lots of custom and professional builds, etc. The store was also professionally designed. The server stays updated (Paper 1.15.2) and any client can join. Premium. The maps have never been reset in the entire 2.5 years that is has been up.
The server runs on a stupidly high end dedicated server and has no lag even during busy times. I've been running servers long enough to know how to sort out lag issues as they appear.

The server hits 20 or 25 players on a good day but can bottom out to 5-10 players in quiet times. It seems clear to me that people are willing to donate to this server but it struggles to stay alive simply due to its low player count which makes it hard to retain players. I think given the player count you will agree the donations are impressive.
I think selling the server would be foolish for both parties as the community is very much tied to me as a developer and owner and I have spent way too much time perfecting the server.
What I am offering is a partnership for an investor or investors who would be willing to buy big ads or Youtubers for this server in exchange for 50% of donations for up to a year, potentially longer depending on involvement.
I would continue to manage and develop for the server to keep things fresh and deal with issues and manage staff at no expense to you. You would also be welcome on the leadership and development team to assist with server productions and guide the future of the server if interested.
