I really suggest you to don't give your money to some randie ppl; all that you have to know for make a good terrain are the basic commands of Voxel Sniper, and for those commands you only need to open this link:

I dunno if you're lookin' to know the way to make terrains just for commissions / fun / complete your server, idk but trust me, don't give your money to some ppl that probably don't know how to make a terrain too (also because gobrush is pretty intuitive lmao, but for make somethin' of creative you must know Voxel Sniper). A really good terraformer doesn't tell you how to make terrains (I think that's intuitive, I mean if you earn 200$ for a terrain *example*, why I have to be paid 20-30 eur for a lot of hours?), just follow a reference and make them with your skills a lot of my terrains are made by hands, then it depends from you.. Remember this, don't be influenced by others, everyone builds as he wants, but if you get taught by people who sucks, you will suck in turn .

The ability to build well is something that is really hard to teach and is something that you have to learn yourself through experience. If you really want to accelerate this process, I'd highly recommend hanging around prestigious creative servers such as Builders Refuge and observing the techniques of others and getting experienced with building plugins- World Edit, Voxelsniper, goBrush, goPaint, Arceon and so on. Becoming familiar with these plugins will really take you to the next level- especially learning FAWE (World Edit) beyond the basic commands. I've been working with World Edit for over 7 years and am still learning new things often.
But all in all, just practice a lot and learn what looks good and what doesn't, and try not to compare yourself to those who are well established builders in a way beyond constructive as it will quickly demoralize you.
Just my opinion as a decent builder though, all the power to you to do what you want.
