Assume the following, You should of capitalized "i" you should of typed out "u", "xD isn't a word (I understand that's an emoji), Finally you should of ended your sentence with a period.

Hello, I am looking for a capable server manager who would be able to run the server alongside a co-manager, ensuring that only the best decisions for the server go through. Finance is not an issue for the server, with 64GB of RAM at our disposal as well as a 1Gbps connection, 2TB HDD and DDoS Protection.

If you're interested in becoming a server manager and you meet the below requirements, please let me know and we can discuss the details further, or you can simply enquire as to what would be expected from you.

Requirements:​

1. You must be fluent in English. This means writing and speaking it (Though, a few grammatical errors would obviously be overlooked).
2. You must have a drive for achieving success within a minecraft server. If you honestly do not believe you will be fully dedicated to the server's success, please do not waste my time.
3. You need to at least at the very minimum know how to configure common plugins (such as PEX).
   
4. If you don't know how to configure a specific plugin, you must at least have enough get-go to be able to learn how to configure it fairly quickly.
5. You need to have a microphone. You're not required to use it very often at all, however it would be appreciated if from time to time you would be able to use voice > text.
