This is the Founder and Investor of Night Narnia Network, which is an underdevelopment Server aims to build a Enjoyable Mini Games server and with Game modes like Survival and Sky block to suit every kind of player. The Server is 70% done and we aim to release it in June. The Custom Plugins are bought/developed but we now need long term Employees instead of freelancers to tweak small plugin's configs and help the us to make the server unique.

We are looking for plugin Configurators for Server Development who can to Setup Plugins and improve configurations of already setup plugins, the Pay rate is none and its fair according to the work load.

The developer does the web Development, Discord Bot Development, Complicated Plugin Configs and Manage Networking of Dedicated hosts. We don't need Plugin Developers at the moment but if you have the skill its never a liability for us. The pay rate is decent and monthly but for time consuming tasks we will pay extra (Kind of like Freelancing)

Note: We are expecting 4 hours of daily average time invested.

When the pay rate is "none", it's never fair if you have to put in 4 hours of dedication for the project, PER DAY. I recommend including the word "Voluntary" in your thread's title.

As I have clearly Mentioned "Some Tasks Paid" and mentioned the expected pay rate for each task I don't think that writing "Voluntary" is needed. Anyway thanks for your opinion.
