We are looking for a problem solver developer to work on general operations that may include fixing problems on multiple servers as needed and help us when we need any development-related questions/tasks. We have various servers, and some of them require knowledge about the development side of the 3d models in-game, and some of them require knowledge of old-school plugins and related tasks/problems.

A person who is going to apply needs to be fully confident about everything I mentioned and should understand that we are already working with other people and none of them started getting paid high amounts when they first started. We are going to pay you monthly and we are trying to keep our budget as low as possible for this position. We can negotiate about the salary but if you can agree on a reasonable salary as a new employee, you can be sure that your salary will increase more than a couple of times in a year. Every person we work with started that way and now getting paid higher than industry standards. It will be your skills that will increase your salary which we always see as fair.

Our priority is fast responses and immediate action. We don't want you to stop eating and start working when we need you, we just want you to be able to respond to our messages via your phone or computer and be clear about when you will be available and when the work/task/solution will be done. You can be who you are while working with us, you don't have to pretend like you are so professional. All we care about is your work.

The conclusion is, that we are looking for someone who can potentially become our lead developer, someone who has wide knowledge about Minecraft development and the Minecraft industry.
