I'm going to keep this short and simple, I'm looking for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort to help me out and work with me as a partner, co-owner, investor, on a server I have planned. This would be a 50-50 cut so everything would pan on evenly.

No, this is not a minehut server.
All the plugins we will use are on Spigot and coded in Java. I refuse to use the Skript plugin. Hence, we will use Denizen for some of the server aspects.
