Our budget isn't that much currently looking for around $50.

Sorry to tell you but for 50$ the best you can get is a small 1 or 2 pages with brand info. For a webstore we talking for 300$+ so consider upgrading budget.

As others have said above, $50 for a webstore is unrealistic. You're either going to get abysmal code by an amateur which is full of holes or a half done job. If you get a proper budget, I can get this done for you with tools like Shopify - plenty of experience with it!
