Cloud Computer for LiveStream.

From December 21st - December 25th I need access to a machine that runs windows 10, has at least 100 GB for me to use. I will be using it to run a 24 - 36 hour LiveStream on the 23rd to the 24th. I would like the price to be under $15. Post links or offers you have found below.

Hetzner was too sketchy for me as they wanted me to add my Payment method when I made an account. Though on the other hand, Virmach seems really good and reasonable but i'm not a specs guy so someone tell me if this is good:

Because your streaming, you'll need to have a high amount of Vcores for encoding. I recommend getting their special offer KVM VPS

Also I would recommend asking them in live chat about their AUP if livestreaming will be classed as abusing the Vcores (you get to use 50% of every Vcores at any time but going over can lead to limitations etc).
