Though your terminology is a bit wonky, you could try any minecraft reseller for smaller parties of people. Answering this, I just finished praising MikeA's ExtraVM service in a different thread, it would be stupid for me not to mention it. Here is a link to the page to get you started.

Well, there are a few things you might want to note before purchasing a server from a typical Minecraft server hosting company or a VPS hosting company.

What type of server do you want? If you want a server that you alone can play, Bukkit, Spigot, Vanilla, etc, alone with 1 or 2 friends maximum, than you can easily get one from Host-Atom.com at a cheap price or any other host. These type of servers only need 512MB at max, not much, so its usually cheap & effective for the type of gameplay you want.

If you want to host a server, e.g Prison with tons of plugins, 5 GB+ with no lag, full control over it & more, I suggest buying a virtual private server. There are multiple hosts, the cheapest I've come across with is OVH.com. There servers should work with the type of gameplay you will want.

Second question:

Do I want multiple servers? Now, here is where OVH makes things simple. Instead of buying 3 servers from GGServers, you end up playing 3 servers yet paying for $1. Because the server is running on a VPS, you can set up more than 1 and keep them running for a high amount of time. The IP will be different. If one per example, the IP is: 192.168.0.1 the IP of the other server will be 192.168.0.2 - as you see, both normal IPv4 addresses. 4 octes and 32 bytes, splended!

3rd Question:

Do I want support? Here is why a typical Minecraft hosting company will come in handy! An OVH support manager won't be able to fix your Minecraft related problems. But a, let's say, a GGServers support representative will. This is because OVH reps have specific knowledge on the VPS, not really knowledable on Minecraft. But a GGServers rep will have specific knowledge on troubleshooting Minecraft errors, which at the long one, is always good to have help.
