I'm paying for the server and website things, in game stuff will have to be free currently, although Developers, Owners, and Builders will get paid after we release and start making the money back.

I don't want the dev to make me plugins. I have plugins made already, I just need developers to do the configuration part for me.

I, as sad as it is to say this agree with you on the developers part. He is right, no dev would do that. At least no quality dev will do that. But, there are free managers.

I want the same kinda layout and spawn size alike to what this server is IP: original-gamers.net

If you can make a spawn like this but with our themes, I would be very greatful.
