The occasional plugin, such as I may need a Tag plugin or something small.

I don't want the dev to make me plugins. I have plugins made already, I just need developers to do the configuration part for me.

I will only want the occasional plugin. So maybe every couple of months I will ask the developer to make a plugin, as an example, I might ask the developer to make me a (Tags) plugin.
