CloudCrates stopped working

Hey,
A operator for the server I work for has been working on CloudCrates and it was working fine till he updated the plugin.
Now it does not work at all even though all the config is working fine. In our console it spams

The spam legit never stop and I feel this could be the cause for the plugin breaking but I cant find anything online that suggest it.

I've stopped working on the server within this time because it seems like the Owners/ Ops on the server are more then likely using plugins from [Censored] ETC.
Sorry for anyone that has put the effort in trying to help me.
