My name is Leonard Niehaus, I'm from Germany and working with a little team on a hosting company. The hosting company is called HostingCircle, wich has 6 different brands. This is its structure:

Hostingcircle (Reseller Hosting)

• BlockyHost (Minecraft hosting)
  
• Drag&Drop Ninja (Creating websites for noobs. No HTML, CSS, PHP, DNS, etc. knowledge required)
  
• SubNoms (Free domains + cheap domains)

We offer resource based webspaces with Plesk for very cheap prices. Resource based means that your webspace is system resource limited (CPU, RAM, Disk I/O, Bandwidth), but you can create unlimited domains/emails/... .

I invite you to test my webhosting for free. You will get your webhosting free for 3 months. Please make sure that you have enough knowledge to work with domains/Plesk.

The company is not released yet. We're still working on the system and can't guarantee the full uptime/data safety.

Things wich are not completly done yet:

• Autologin to Plesk Panel (View Knowledgebase article)
• Domain registration
• Theming of E-Mails/Client area
• Main Website
• Support system
• Knowledhebase
• It is possible that board emails are tagged as spam

How to order your service:

1. Visit https://cloudex.host/pricing/
   
2. Select your hosting (only "Personal", "Professional", "Family" or "Team" for testing) (you will be able to upgrade your plan for free later)
3. Choose the domain you want the webspace be registered on
4. Click "Continue"
5. Validate the promo code "testing"
6. Make sure that only one item is in your cart and click "Checkout"
7. Accept the ToS and complete the order.
8. The page will load now for up to 15 seconds. Just wait and do nothing.
9. Scroll down and click on "Back to Client Area"
10. You're done! Have fun with your

When we release, I will definetly register a business at the "Finanzamt" xD. Thats how we call it here in Germany!

But why are you caring? It's free currently! There's no need to pay any VAT for you.

Yes I do! But if you enter the code "testing", you don't have to pay anything. All of our payment gatways are in sandbox currently. If they will be switched to prodcution mode, I'm going to register a business.

We wrote privately and he mentioned that he doesn't seem to like all of the pre-made software. Not sure, either a kiddy host or he may create a completely new thing with an own panel, whatever.
