Cloudfare messing with mobile

recently in the last week or so i have been unable to message or answer threads on my cellphone due to a cloudfare warning coming up blocking me from doing so. I have tried chrome, the default internet on my android, wifi AND my cellphone data. all get the same message, not sure if you changed something recently Ajdin but its effecting cellphones as im currently typing on my PC using my house wifi so its not the wifi. Is anyone else getting this issue? the timer does not go down and just sits there like that

Just reload the page.
Ive tried that multiple times. The reason ive made this is because ive already tried obvious troubleshooting steps and it still wont work

I was on MCM all day today using a mobile device. Not sure whats going on. Its not an Apple phone, seeing that you do not have one either.

Try clicking the x on that alert and refreshing your page once again to try to get a full gray screen with that text.
If that doesn't work try going closer to your router to get a better connection.

I appreciate the help but your all spitballing and dont really have any idea of why it is doing it. i have ALREADY tried anything you can think of. I wouldnt of made this thread if it was as simple as turning it on and off again. I was hoping someone with cloudfare experience or one of the staff might of seen this.
It has the prefix of bug for a reason
