CloudMC using a global download?

Hey, so the network CloudMC is pretty new and they got a few hours on .org and gained a lot of players. But me and Catz checked out their prison server, and he noticed how he'd seen it before. He did some quick researching and found this:

They are using things from that download, I just wanted your ideas on it. Personally I think it's wrong as it's a bit cheaty, but please post your opinions below.​

Hello everyone, I got the map and made a server out of it. Take it as you please, I sold him a server setup customized to his liking and he paid. I think everyone here is ~12 years old, let me explain how it is legally.

He bought 'virtual goods', the package has no refund nor he can say I stole it because it was modified and completely unique.

I quit making money from this game is because everyone in the business is very young and has no idea what they are doing, have some intelligence please.

P.S. I know some people here are mature and understand laws/business AND have intelligence.

What difference did you make other than changing the default server name to my server name? Joke

Actually, fact is if you knew anything about the law, you'd know that you have no right to sell anything owned by Mojang which includes maps and the jar you have included.
