About us:
We are a skyblock server in development that will later add prisons, survival, and much more down the road. We are planning on a release date sometime in mid to late November. We want to ensure that development is productive and organized, so we have decided to recruit new people to our development team. We are looking for kind, dedicated, experienced developers to join the team.

Why should you apply?
CloudyPvP offers a multitude of unique services! Some prime examples would be firstly, our dedicated Ownership, Management, and Administration teams that have been working day in and day out for weeks on different key aspects towards the advancement of the server! Our unique availability to hosting and server software from a company Ownership actually owns (JavaCraft). The funding available to ensure we keep the server in a constant upwards slope without reliance on other sources (such as investors) and without the worry of a standstill. The reliability and consistency in Ownership along with the constant and consistent improvement of the entirety of the staff team and much more!
That being said, being a Developer here with CloudyPvP, you would be considered an official part of our Staff Team and would be able to indulge in benefits such as reputation, friendships, and vouches (if needed depending on your time here), and others. Outside of that, our staff team talks regularly, including in DMs, and truly builds an unforgettable bond that has even helped me personally with some stress factors in my life as well as I have been able to comfortably talk to other staff and get/give fair criticism. Overall, it has been an amazing learning and bonding experience from my experience here and we would like to share that with our developers as well!

Pay will be brought up in the near future, however we're not really setting defined amounts and pay will be flexible and fluctuate (dependent upon work), we're just not at a point where we're setting defined amounts. It also would not be the server in its entirety as we have been in development for a little while now and Ownership codes custom plugins as well.

Yes, there are our current requirements as we are looking for config developers as well. As for the time, I will be bringing this up with Management as that is a decent amount on a day-to-day basis, our goal in setting that time is to avoid those who only have 15-20 hours per week as we are pushing for late November at the latest.
Side Note: We're not targeting a younger audience (teenage developers) specifically, while they are more than welcome, I'm just noting that the minimum age is 15, anywhere above that is still eligible to apply!

if you're looking for older developers you will need to pay a lot of money, friendship is not enough
why would someone work for you and not for some company where he can earn x4 of what you give him in a hour

Good luck on your server though I would advise against another HCF server, there are too many out there, what is gonna set yours apart?
