If you are an admin or something on that host can you reply to the damn tickets?

I thought you meant it would be down for 2-4 months before I read the 24-72hIf you live in the US I find it worth mentioning that on average the response times are 6-24 hours. Varies greatly but most of the time it takes a while when I've used them (for one year). Don't get me wrong, they're an absolutely amazing host and for the most part their support is great, if you can look away from their response times.
Edit: Forgot about this but also you'll have your server go down every once in a while (2-4 months) for "daemon" issues and it'll take 24-72 hours generally for it to go back up. Very annoying but I am guessing it's a Linux issue and thus would happen to every host?
There was one or two periods of downtime over the past year or so where we had around 24 hours of downtime on one of our many nodes, but all affected clients were compensated. We also made changes to our infrastructure to prevent these issues occurring again. If you live in the US I find it worth mentioning that on average the response times are 6-24 hours. The compensation part I can confirm. The other two parts I cannot though. There was one or two periods of downtime over the past year or so where we had around 24 hours of downtime on one of our many nodes, but all affected clients were compensated. Got it to load. The compensation part I can confirm. The other two parts I cannot though.
Every time it happened I was told on my ticket that it wouldn't happen again. And yet.. It happened again.
In addition, I can provide proof it has happened more than "one or two periods of downtime over the past year or so" if the website would load. Why is it being so insanely slow? No other websites I'm connected to (or MC servers) are having issues.
