What are we about?

Clublands is a 100% custom coded community network that specializes in the minigames genre but also does creator SMP's with the entire SMP lobby already released. This project is based on many big creators in an effort to make a good network but also have a perfect community aspect which every size creator can play on with all their viewers and fans.

We provide a professional workspace for all staff-team members, a fully established professional Build-Team, and a Development-Team.

Established Network

Clublands is a unique server that allows players to play with their favorite content creators! We have a team of many different well-known creators who are online each day. We have only been out for around a month, and we are already reaching 500+ concurrent players on at once, so this is a very promising project that would look great on your resume! With Bedwars release right around the corner, we are expecting our server to grow even more than it already is, which is why we are opening applications!

Huge vouch for Clublands!

I've been an admin since the beginning and the server is performing very well, and all our games aren't even released! The community is very nice and welcoming, even if you don't watch any of our content creators, just hanging out in their SMPs is quite fun.

We are always looking for people to promote, so if you perform well, you'll move up in the ranks quite quickly. Anyone who's considering applying, give it a shot!

Massive de-vouch for this server.

I played on the dome for 5 minutes and managed to find 2/3 potential KillAura hackers and a bunch of teamers in pvp. The helpers didn't help when i msged them in chat, just ignored me.

I reported the hacker to the discord to find a helper was dealing with my hacking report ticket.... Then they said "The block count is within 6 blocks, not far enough to be sure it’s hacking. If you can get stronger evidence please send it to us, but that is not sufficient evidence for us" when in the video, the hacker was looking at the ground and hitting me... I don't see how this has any relevance to the video in question but sure...

This server needs a MASSIVE staff training revamp and command revamp and needs to sort out their hierarchy… Helpers are dealing with situations that are above their level which makes it hard to report the staff themselves, as the helpers who are being reported can see the ticket and can just close it...

With all do respect, but you're playing an unreleased and unmonitored beta gamemode and you're going to complain about your ban not being handled in a staff recruitment post? Says more about you than anyone on our team.

I am responding about your staff team so other members wanting to join your staff team know what i saw. It is not about whether the "Ban not being handled". it is about how your staff dealt with a situation. The way in which the report was dealt with is the reason of this devouch, not because of the specific punishment/report itself.

If you read the post, you saw that i asked for staff in-game, i made a ticket in discord, and the response i put above is what i saw upon joining and playing on the server and discord.

The way your staff respond to any ticket, question, message or anything else whether the server/gamemode is released or not represents the view the community has on the server and it's staff team.

Also, you're telling me that The Dome gamemode that is available for ALL players to join, and has rules as i have been told by members and staff on the discord and in-game, and when asked, i got a response that teaming is allowed but "not encouraged" and got told that hacking is not allowed. But now you're saying players do not have to follow the rules and staff do not have to enforce the rules if it is "Unreleased and Unmonitored". Why are you allowing players to join it if it is "unreleased".. and why were there players and staff on the server if it is "unreleased"?

If you disagree, then that is your opinion, however this post was about what i experienced on the server, and i believed staff who want to work for this server should have the right to know my experience from what i noticed before applying.

I believe that our staff members replied to your thread in a respectful and kind manner. From what I can see in the ticket logs (I can send a link and your messages are omitted I assume due to a ban from our discord) the people you spoke with answer your issue as best as possible. It also appears that you were insulting them by stating that helpers are not staff and that they cannot ban people which every network is different so it is wrong to assume that. We also had a staff member who is quite experienced in PVP reply to your ticket and prove that the evidence was not sufficient.

I will admit that we are still currently in heavy development so I understand your frustration with the Dome being open and not being finished. We figured that players would enjoy another gamemode to partake in while we work on Bed Wars and other fun games. Right now the Dome is basically just a PVP mosh pit, but it does lack some features that will be added in the future.

It also appears that you were insulting them by stating that helpers are not staff and that they cannot ban people which every network is different so it is wrong to assume that. We also had a staff member who is quite experienced in PVP reply to your ticket and prove that the evidence was not sufficient.

I will admit that we are still currently in heavy development so I understand your frustration with the Dome being open and not being finished. i CLEARLY stated,

So the way my report was handled is not the matter of why i am devouching. It is about the fact that:

• I gave in a player report, in-game and your staff ignored me,
• Your staff were not saying anything about the hackusations going on in chat or the teaming (Which is apparently "Not Encouraged") players were reporting/complaining about in chat. Nor were any staff recording any of the gameplay from the users, they were clearly loitering on the spawn platform or teaming with other members in the pvp zone.
• I went onto the discord and made a ticket and a helper responded to the ticket, which on ANY server just does not happen, no matter if they are experienced or not.
• People were quite clearly teaming and hacking (Granted if you think the user i reported was "Hitting my feet" as stated by Hostilic's response then so be it. Which, in my years of pvp, i've never seen someone aim for my feet but sure...) That does not mean your staff are to completely disregard the situation, normally you'd watch the user(s) in question to 100% guarantee but this was not implied at any point of the ticket.
• I also did mention another user or 2 who were potentially hacking that i never heard mentioned you'd look into, So you guys completely disregarded that one...

Now it seems from your message, i am banned from the discord? Even though i did nothing wrong... At all... But sure, if that's a good way of getting rid of someone who speaks out about the server in a way you do not like go ahead

I don't see how my opinion on whether a Helper has the ban command or not is considered "Rude" as i never insulted them directly nor indirectly. I simply stated "That's fucked" which i have every right to do and swearing is allowed? And if swearing is disallowed, then why was i never warned/punished once for doing it?

I don't see anywhere it is "in development". I see in FaIIens response an excuse as to why your staff was not doing their job.

I have the right to express my opinion about what i saw on the server or not without being questioned by 3 staff members now about what went down. As i stated before:
