so which one do you mean????Dedicated server 100% . I'd really recommend owning your hardware though, reduces costs in the long run significantly.
Dedicated server, but own the hardware for the dedicated server. You shouldn't create a hosting company unless you at least have some knowledge in Linux though, else you'll be spending hundreds on system admins and management.so which one do you mean????
Which to collocate a server, you need to buy hardware.I'd recommend colocation if thats what you mean, it allows you to sell for cheaper while still making profit, depending on your colocation fees.

sometimes they provide them (for an extra fee and a contract)Which to collocate a server, you need to buy hardware.
never said i was making one i was just curriousTo add on to Jayson's post, if you're asking simple questions like this I don't think you should start a hosting company. There is loads of competition, sellers that already have everything set up and unless you can offer good support, specs, and cheaper prices then everyone else, why should they pick you instead of going with someone who knows what they're doing?
Then a dedicated server would be a better option for a startup in that case as you'd be paying colocation plus LTO plus the interest.sometimes they provide them (for an extra fee and a contract)

You need to not be ask these questions - because it proves you shouldn't be starting a hosting company.
Everybody's gotta start somewhere. You don't expect someone to just 'know' something. You need to not be ask these questions - because it proves you shouldn't be starting a hosting company.
Honestly - I like to ask questions. But everytime I do, someone always says the same thing to me; "You shouldn't be starting a hosting company if your asking this question", or something like that. So I just stopped asking questions, and sorta started the same thingEverybody's gotta start somewhere. You don't expect someone to just 'know' something.
