Hi there. So I've always wanted to own a Minecraft server - but I'm poor asf, and have no ways to make good money fast. I am looking for a Co-Owner or Partner that could help memory financially in creating an HCF server in turn for some of the profits from things such as ranks, and other server things. I also want to let you know, that I really can't pay for much at all with this. I will do 99% of the work, I just need the financials. You'll be hard pressed to find someone who'll do this for free. So if the servr makes money they get most of it or?

Basically. It's also not free, they would get paid by the servers profit until I payed them back all I owe them (if they were a partner). If they were a Co-Owner, it'd be the same, and when they got back what I owed them, they'd probably get 50%.

I've been looking to invest in a few projects but whenever I see a generic and saturated game like HCF I just ignore it. Investors look for things that are unique, for example an RPG server. Not stuff like HCF and factions.
