Co-Owner For Basic Factions Server

I am just looking for someone who is interested in opening up a Factions server with me. I am looking for someone who would be willing to help me run it and keep everything up to date. Profits split 50/50.

I have the MinecraftMarketplace lifetime license already so we will use that. We open up the basic forum and edit all the stuff I pulled from a default Factions setup to make our a little unique. Just need help with advertising and managing.
