Have you decided on anything for your new project such as name, game modes and other details or is this a fresh start to a project were you will be starting from the start with someone?

I didn't want to trash his thread, but now that someone else is saying they got scammed.

He left my development team & dev group chat without giving any notice, even after we gave him access to VPS

We told you that we'll need to convert the plugin base layers from 1.15 to 1.18 due to performance issues.
Also if you felt that you had a lack of instructions you could of easily have told us. You simply ghosted and never said anything after the interview & access was given. Then when I messaged you in dms "Hey I notice you left the discord, everything good?" you simply then left the developer group chat & unfriended me right after. I messaged you to figure out what the problem was, but you simply did not give us a chance. Communication is key in the development world, you can't expect people to just read your mind. Very unprofessional way of leaving.
Sorry I cant provide code for a version that doesnt even exist. If you mean 1.17 Spigot hasn’t even been released for that version. You said update to latest meaning 1.16.5. Performance issues nothing to do with your plugins unless you have something horribly developed. Not my responsibility to fix existing plugins.
I don’t need to be told how to carry out my services. If you have a problem with me find another developer who will do your version upgrade for inexistent versions. Smh

I meant to type "1.8" not "1.18" but in the voice-call we clearly told you "convert the plugin base layers from 1.15 to 1.8 due to performance issue". At the end of the voice-chat we even clarified and said "If you have any questions right now just let us know" but you didn't have any questions on what was needed. So leaving that voice-call we assumed you knew exactly what needed to be done.
You literally completely ghosted after the interview, then straight up left without even giving us a written reason.
It seems like you are missing the key point of communication. Simply saying "Hey, I'm not sure what you wanted me to do" would of avoided this entire discussion.
In the negative reputation I added to you, I posted screen-shots to back up my claims. You had an opportunity when I said "Hey I notice you left the discord, everything good?" then you proceed to just unfriend me and leave the developer group chat right after.
I mean by the looks of it your spending a lot of time arguing with what you say is a younger adult and my question is. Why not create a scam report with evidence so he will be banned and no longer will be a threat to anyone else. You clearly have the time so are you too lazy or just lying because you have no proof. I would like to see proof if you have it.
At first I was very impressed with your initial post and was considering applying but after reading the other comments I found it very unprofessional and rude. Even if the (multiple) accusations at you were false, insulting people is not a way to make a good first impression

Thats your opinion and I don’t care for it lol. If you have a problem leave. I code great projects and if anyone cared to inquire they would see that. Reputation doesnt mean anything

I could care less about reputation. If you cared about the product you’re recieving you wouldn’t be looking at reviews. People who do nothing but config and call themselves developers can get tons of reputation, even from friends. I’m aggressive because there’s no reason to harp on me for leaving. If you don’t give me things to do or give me vague, idiotic tasks im not going to do them. Life motto is if theres no purpose in what im doing im not wasting time. Im done responding to people on this thread. Continue to accuse me of things I honestly don’t care anymore. You missed out on quality developer here and ruined it for everyone else, hope you’re satisfied. I’ll continue to do what makes me happy and do what I want with my spare time. I don’t need to justify my responses because everything I say gets misinterpreted or twisted and ignored. I’m pissed because you guys decided to ruin my passion to help in the community. If you’re so upset over this, then maybe you need to rethink what you’re doing. I’ll take my own journey and keep doing what I want to do, this has gone on long enough. You guys need to chill out. Ive been paid twice for development work in my reputation, that’s it. If i wasted your time then sorry that’s really not my problem anymore I cant undo that. Come prepared next time. However None of your precious money has been wasted on me so why bother trashing me even more lol…

I've (briefly) looked over the public code on the github, and it's a high quality piece of work overall - good stuff!
However, that being said, this is now 3 instances where people have not had a good experience with this user, and based on OP's responses, the attitude for a good working relationship is simply not there and the logic is backwards.
I don't have experience with OP, so take my opinion with a pinch of salt of course, but I would advise caution if working with this user.

However, that being said, this is now 3 instances where people have not had a good experience with this user, and based on OP's responses, the attitude for a good working relationship is simply not there and the logic is backwards.

OP does not have the patience to wait 24 hours but, as seen in the screenshots provided by JasmeowTheCat, expects you to wait for 2 weeks

I agree with this Superbility here. I was interested in this at first but after seeing the number of comments as well as the way in which you responded I feel like it's not the correct move. I recommend you scrap this idea for now and wait until this has all called down and then maybe try again and deal with any additional comments in the correct mannor. If you did it then say and explain that you plan to change. If you didn't do it request they contact you privately and then ask for proof. If they can't provide it then state that with screenshots so other users know that it hasn't been confirmed.
I feel if you continue your search at this point the only people that will still be interested are people that are not willing to put what you deserve into this project. Anyways Good Luck and I am sure everyone else here feels the same way and we all wish you the best of luck.
