Hi,

I'm going back to university soon and unfortunately won't have as much time to look after my server. I'm after someone who can look after the server permanently while I may not be 100% here all of the time. Think of this as more of a partner role, rather than a regular staff rank. Although the server is relatively small, I believe it still has a lot of potential. I've listed a few details below about what I expect, what you should expect, and information about the server. Please contact me on Discord or via MCM PM if you have any more questions, or wish to take up this position. (My Discord is in my signature, as well as my discord ID. You should also verify yourself via MCM PM.)

I need to have this position filled by 15th August at the very latest. That will give me at least 1 week (hopefully longer) to be there with you, introducing you to every aspect, and getting you comfortable with everything on the server.

About the server

• The server is Prison-based, using a non-op style, with newer features integrated into it.
• We have many custom features, including Gangs, Tournaments (for the gangs), Guards (which you may remember from old-school-style prison servers), Lucky Blocks, PlayerMines, and much more.
• The server is built heavily using Skript, so if this an issue for you, please do not contact me
• We are based on 1.15.2 meaning there's access to many more blocks and features than some servers which are built on lower versions of Minecraft.

As of July 11th:
- 13th June we released
- 1st July we released our first big update (V1.1)
- 97 Unique players joined
- 27 Discord users (not including bots)
- £84.93 via our store (between 13th June - 11th July)
*This excludes the server being on 5 voting sites.

What you should expect from me/the server

• I'm not going to be available 24/7, however, I will always try to be somewhat available each day. I may not have full access to everything when I'm online either, but that should not matter, as you will also have full access.
• As you're going to be somewhat a partner in the server, there won't be a set pay. I'll be giving you a very generous percentage of the servers profits each month (which can be discussed privately with anyone who wishes).
• I should still be able to code Skript, and push out updates to the server (although these may be slower than the current rate). In terms of pushing updates by yourself, see the 'What I expect from you' section.

What I expect from you

• Joint management (with me) of my entire server, including the Discord, staff team and the in-game aspect. I'll be there to help and produce updates, but you must also be able to fix small bugs or issues which may arise.
• You to treat it as your own. If you don't like something, we can discuss, and change it.
• I'm more than aware that you may not be able to be on every single day, which is perfectly fine, as neither will I, and it would be unfair to expect that from you. I do, however, expect you to be active (most likely more active than I would able to be).
• In terms of updates for the server, I did mention that I'll be able to push some out but it may be slower than usual. Although it isn't necessary, having abilities in Skript already would be very useful in terms of fixing small issues or updating smaller things by yourself. I also expect that you help with updates as I may not have access to the game server at all times.
• I also expect you to keep this role for a substantial amount of time; preferably until my university year ends, which would be around May time next year (2021), if not longer. Please do not apply if you are also going to have limited access due to university, or other means (as this would make it pointless). Obviously, we never know what the future holds, so I understand that circumstances may appear which mean you cannot continue on the server. We're all human.

Is this a paid position? If someone is going to stay till next year I would assume that they would want a payed position with a good salary.

good luck in finding someone, maybe just a tip too besides finding an co owner also find an extra dev to help speed up some process in case you cant be contacted. for like emergency bug fix (in case the co owner cant do it) and/or just to keep working on updates that you and your future co owner have discussed.
