Co-Owner/Manager needed for upcoming OP Prison

Hello, I am currently looking for a partner that has lots of experience and knowledge in bringing a server up to a decent amount of a player-base and maintain it for quite a while.

I am wanting to make an OP Prison server which consists of mostly custom assets.

If you are wanting to join this project you must be able to: actively be on the server/console, contribute ideas and put consistent work into the server.
You also must be:
-Age 15+
-Mature and formally approachable to staff and players
-Be able to contribute money into the server
-Be decent enough at building as I do not want to pay for builds.
Profits will be split 50/50 most likely through a middle man.
My monthly budget is quite low to some/not too high so if you have a budget of hundreds of dollars there will be no point coming to me.
