Co-Owner/Manager Position Required

I run a network with Skyblock and Prison, and a Factions gamemode in development. The network also has a Discord server with ~180 members. A large portion of all gamemodes is custom, developed mostly by me, including a custom Discord bot unique to the network.

The network has shown lots of potential to be successful, but I am more knowledgeable on the development side of servers, not the managing side, so I haven't been able to grow the playerbase up to its potential. I am also very busy with school work (Chemical Engineering) so I haven't been able to be as active as the players deserve.

The network has shown the ability to make $200+ per week, but could even be easily more if it had a consistency of players being brought to the server and high level staff interactions with players.

I'm looking for someone to help run the server as a more public role, interacting with players, etc, and to build up the playerbase. I would continue to work on the development of the network and the gamemodes on the network, but would mostly be a behind the scenes owner.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledgeable with marketing
• Has connections with YouTubers/Streamers/Etc
• Configuration experience (in the case I'm not available)
• Good with managing staff
• Good with managing players

In terms of payment, the position would pay a certain percent of the server profits to be agreed upon after discussion with me. Personally I wouldn't mind to use 100% of profits for improving the network but I understand the need to receive compensation for work.
