Co-Owner to help take it to the next level

Hello, i'm currently looking for a Co-Owner to help take our server to the next level.

Requesting from a Co-Owner:
- Financial Aid (This doesn't mean pay for everything, just help pay half and half or when needed)
- Age i would like 15+ (Old enough to have a job/Steady income)
- This goes too #1, but help advertise/payed advertisements.
- Must have decent available hours, can work out.
- Prior knowledge base in server owning.
- Don't be a D**k

What you will receive in return:
Im looking to take this server far, so you will recieve financial aid for the server, already spent a fair bit of money into it.
- Owner Roles throughout discord and server.
- Buycraft payments will go straight to paying the server/paying off debt to me and you.

About the server:
- Releases about 2-3 days ago
- Staff team of 4 currently
- Server is basically done
- Custom Enchants
- Custom Crates
- Semi-OP Skyblock
- 20 Members in discord currently
- 60+ Plugins

The more plugins you have the worse, so I wouldnt write that in the post.

What? If you have 100 optimized plugins, it's better then 10 terribly optimized plugins.
Amount != optimization.

That can be true, but if you have multiple plugins in a core then it can boost the servers performance

No. If you have 10 plugins that do x, and a core that does the same thing as those 10 plugins, but just in one plugin, it won't change performance. It's all about code optimization. Because if it isn't optimized, that core is running the same events as the 10 plugins, so in reality, doesn't make anything faster, just cleaner.
