Co Owner Who Knows a lot about Running Servers

Hello, I am offering 60% equity to a new co owner of my upcoming server. I realized that if some thing went wrong with the server I wouldn't know how to fix it. I am offering 60% to any experienced Co Owners out there who know a lot about servers. I can increase the equity if needed. I just want to keep my network how I want it, and also be owner of the server.
