I run an established faction servers with averages around 10 players with 5 players on around all times, and peaks around 17-20 players.

The reason I am making this thread is because I am basically solo running this entire server (the development of it, bug fixes, features being added, etc) and I already have a community/staff manager. I am getting really stressed working alone and dealing with reports/suggestions/adding features/updates, etc. I am needing someone who is experienced, and reputable with owning servers and know what they are doing. They will get an agreed percentage of the donations. They will also receive access to the console/ftp. Here are some expectations:

- Active
- Can fix bugs
- Able to respond and accept/decline suggestions and apply them (I can help with this obviously)

I don't really want to come up with a huge list, you basically just own the server, be an owner and contribute to the server. More details about the server and the expectations of the position can be provided, just add me on discord:
