The company's general feel (from the looks of the Discord and thread) seems to be that it lacks a lot of professionalism and general knowledge of how these teams work.
I recommend you look over your wording everywhere (ToS, Discord and this thread)
For one; your head of commission managers is called a "Commission Manager Specialist(s)" which is just so odd.
