I am offering you pre-generated vanilla worlds which are customized by one aspect or another. You can take a look at what can be customized below.
If you are buying a world smaller or equal to 6k x 6k you get the world for FREE with any of the features. Only one free world per customer though.

You can select more of them for one world, but each of them selected adds to the overall price of the world.
Customized World Height
I can change the sea level of the world from 64 to a value you want.
(This doesn't only raise water, but the whole terrain as well.)
Optional: Double tall nether (included in price)

Customized Structure rarity
I can add more or less dungeons, villages, monuments, etc.
depending on your likings.
Price: $0.50
Customized Block rarity
I can change the rarity of the following blocks:
all ores, gravel, dirt (underground), all types of stone.
Price: $0.50
Customized lake rarity & river width
I can change how often will water & lava lakes appear,
and the width of rivers on the map.
Price: $0.50
Flat Bedrock
I can make all bedrock on your map flat.
Optional: Including in the nether (included in price)

Blocks other than Netherrack
I can make so that in the nether, some percentage of netherrack
is replaced with some other blocks like obsidian, and such.
With a good selection of blocks and the right percentage
this can end up looking almost like a custom terrain, and a lot cheaper.

End floor
I can add some layers of blocks you choose to generate under
the whole map in the end. E.g.: bedrock followed by 10 layers of endstone.
