I need a plugin (Can be HCF Related however Im using it on my OpPrison server)

I need a plugin that when you type /party it will create a party and you can invite friends to it to chat privately. However, Staff need to be able to see what players are typing.

So the commands are the following:
/party (List all basic commands)
/party create (Party Name)
/party invite (player name)
/party kick (playername)
/party disband (Disbands party)

Permissions:
No permissions to use this. I want everyone to have access right when they join.
However I do need one for staff to spy on people, So it needs to be party.spy and this will allow staff to type /party spy (Party Name) And you need to have the perm to use it. So, you can still make it so all players have access right on their first join.


Let me know if you can do this. I need the plugin name called Canadian Party

If you make configs please let it be customization in the config for colors and how it will look etc.


Anyways, If you can make this and it 100% works with few bugs. And, if there are bugs and you fix them for me quick and easily. I will give you a vouch!

Its for a OpPrison server, so.. last time i checked.. You dont add Factions to OpPrison.

I don't see why it can't be used on a HCF server. Doesnt matter if he has factions or not. Any plugin can be "used" on a HCF server.
