Coding a small Windows script for macOS

Hi,

I don't know a lot about coding, so I don't know how to properly explain this. But basically I have a very small script which puts out a comment and sends it every few seconds. It's an .exe file for windows, coming along with a small .go file. However I wanna use this script on my macbook too, therefore I need someone who can code this little program for macOS.
