What would a mine Bomb/mine rocket plug in cost with 3 tiers small medium large explosions small5x5 medium 7x7 large 10x10 and I want the command to be /mb give (name) tier 1-3 for me to give it and to reload the plug in /mb reload and to add the permission for people to use it is /pex user (nams) add mine bomb.use

This doesn't sound like a trustworthy topic. I would ask customers to pay much attention to it and run the code received through a decompilator and check for harmful code. Not saying this user is doing that, just saying that you should be careful, that's all.

Just saying that no actual developer with proper knowledge of coding would waste his time to do plugins for 1$, no matter the size. There must be a motive behind it. You have to understand that it raises a big question mark that makes you suspicious.
