Hi there,

So I am currentley beginning I learn coding and I was wondering if someone can teach me. I don't have a huge budget but I just want to know enough to code plugins as I have so many good ideas and want to share them all with MCM but I just do not have he ability to code so if someone is willing to teach I would be grateful

You could watch YouTube videos of people teaching you how to do basic plugins like /teamspeak and it displays a message.
Also, I heard this was good as well:
https://www.udemy.com/develop-minecraft-plugins-java-programming

Hope I helped the slightest bit ;)
By just watching the first coding video on that I'm a bit iffy on recommending that to him. Just from the first one (assuming all videos are like that) they assume the said user had previous Java experience when watching that video. It also had many bad practices and the code they showed was bound for memory leaks.

I would be able to teach you the basics and such for Java and some of the spigot/bukkit api if you would wish. (For free of course). You can contact me on discord @ kam#3252

Annnnd many youtubers bad because of the things they do. Ermmm *cough* TheBCBroz. Someone made a thread on another forum on it but since I don't want to like another forum I'm just going to bullet his points.
  • "A disregard for standard Java naming and coding conventions"
  • "Failure to (or poorly) explain basic Java/Bukkit concepts"
  • "An apparent lack of knowledge in Java"
  • "Usage of unconventional or deprecated methods"

Ah, alright. Didn't know since I haven't bought the lessons. I was just going off based reviews, etc.. Thanks.
It may not be bad I'm just saying when you go to that website you can preview the first episode and the guy didn't really explain things too well. And if someone were to actually use the code he showed in use, it would create some pretty nasty memory leaks
