I've been struggling with making plugins for about a week now and I always end up giving up

is anyone offering lessons on this? I'll be able to pay of course

What? How about $1 per lesson (hour), then $2 for ever hour on that one lesson after that. Lessons will have a schedule, and you can pay weekly, or by the day.

1. i would suggest showing proof you can code such as code snippets of other projects you have done

I also recommend you look at the spigot docs and self learn. Google is your friend if you are stuck with something. I haven't had any luck with lessons, but if that's how you want to learn, then be my guest.
