Role: You will be a leader of an astounding new server. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the server are managed effectively. You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for players to enjoy their stay in our community. You will oversee and be controlling professionalism, development and general administration of staff to guarantee that the high levels of performance which are standard within this server are maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Management team
• Drive performance and community engagement
• Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for players
• Work alongside the staff team through tasks and delivering phenomenal client support to the players
• Be able to manage the server by yourself while I'm not online, and continue the growth of the server actively
Experience and background:
• Experience in either server management or business management
• Working within a professional environment

Note: At this current time this position is voluntary, although once the server grows payment can be discussed.
