If for any reason you, the buyer, break these terms the appropriate action will be taken against you (scam report, ban from my services or usage of these terms when appropriate).

> As a seller, I reserve all rights to refuse orders from individuals. In addition, I reserve all rights to refuse additional modifications to your Graphics or request further payment for these modifications.

> You, the buyer, may not determine whether a refund is in order. As a seller, I reserve all rights to refuse a refund request. Under certain circumstances, I, the seller, may offer a refund to you, the buyer.
