I've coded this plugin a really long while ago, as you can see on spigot the date it was posted on.
I haven't copied TheNewTao's plugin :p

+ They're all based off Mineplex/Hypixel and all their cosmetics, particles and stuff.
This one just allows you to give to your players the ability for them to create their own particle effect, by choosing what they want in it.[DOUBLEPOST=1452030485,1452028917][/DOUBLEPOST]HydroxOP I uploaded the video for the latest version, 3.0 R.1

This showcases the newer version of the plugin, the one that's being sold.
