I have a server that i am currently selling, it has 600-700 players daily, the main reason i am selling it is because of exams and a new position I'm in, that means i cannot host it any more.
Here are a few bits and pieces of information about the server in the welcome letter recieved on purchase.
I will also be letting this out for download, £20-100 will be the price, i am not sure what that price will be just yet.
Here is the welcome letter you receive on purchase, showing a little bit of information about the server and what and what not to do.

· You have the rights to edit the server, just leave credits.
- You will not redistribute/resell/forward/send this plugin to anyone for any reason.
- You will not decompile any custom plugins (modifications).
- You will have permission to edit the server in any way, just make sure to give credit.
- You are not allowed to upload this server to a page/store.
Do not leave any bad reviews without sense.
· You can use plugins for your own services (not sell or release.)
· You can leave positive reviews and leave suggestions.
· You will have access to any updates and features added.
· If you like. PM DragonG0D for a UniversalNetwork badge or ref number.
· If you break the Terms Of Use at any given time, you will be banned from MC-Market and your server’s uptime device will be terminated, meaning you will have no access to load the server, it will just shut down.
· When or if you decide to break the decompile rule, the plugin will be taken down from the site/market it is at, any money made from the plugin will be taken from you, send to the creator and you will be banned from that site and fined up to £300.
· If you decide to edit the server and remove credits, we will know about it and temporarily disable your server until the credits have been re-added.
· If you somehow remove the uptime device, we will just enable the others, meaning they will not be able to be disabled. And we will shut down your server.
· If you upload the server to any page/store, it will be taken down, you will be banned from the site and you can have a fine up to £100
· You are allowed to post negative reviews, just make sure they are clean of the following, ( curses, racial comments, ethnic comments, general negative thoughts/comments deemed to be unnecessary)
· The price will differ from £20-100 due to the quality and time put into it. (3 Year Average)
· We will have SALES, this means we will knock money off the regular price. The max sale would be 50% of the original price.
· We do DISCOUNT CODES up to 10%, watch out for them on the Discussion(s) page.

If we are being completely honest, we don’t have any sort of schedule for updates. We update them based on suggestions and what you guys want to see added to the server. So get suggestion on the Discussions Page and help us make Universal better than ever. We will also be making API’s for custom plugins for you to use and develop the plugins further J
Even if your TOS says not too someone could leak it ruining the value.
I had a long and thorough think about that, I am not sure what i am going to do with the server yet, 1 copy or have it as a resource.
NOTE: this will only be sold in march 2017
This is probably one of the most serious sellers I've seen yet. I say that a network of this size goes for around 10k to 15k[DOUBLEPOST=1482533968][/DOUBLEPOST]I recommend selling one copy if someone doesn't purchase it then you can choose to sell multiple at a high price.[DOUBLEPOST=1482534161][/DOUBLEPOST]If you decide to leave it as a resource I recommend getting into contact with people that are interested in buying it so that you can possibly background check them to insure you are selling it to people who aren't going to leak it.

Looks like a scam.
The website is nice, but they only have 20 members who ever joined the site. For 600 players a day, theres something seriously wrong with that ratio.
Furthermore, their forum sticky threads only have 20 views for Helper apps etc.. I get more views that that for a single forum post. Theres no way that in 3 years of activity there has been no forum posts or replies.
I'd be interested in the playerbase, but need to know the details on how you are advertising.

Yes, the forums are new by say 1/2 weeks old. The old forums had more users but sadly was hacked, followed by a database error.
Corrected.
In fact, i do own this server, i have corrected the fault, the IP to my server is private, if you want it you can have it in march once the server is 100% completed, but as for now, you will have to see it in your eyes as a scam.
If you read the entire post which i am beginning to think you haven't, i haven't completed a few of the newer servers, i want them finished before i release it entirely.
