FEATURES:
When combat log, and join back display a message. that i can configure and add lines too.
When comat log, and join back make it so they loose a configurable amount of money.

When combat log, kill the player and have lightning strike where they were.
Configurable messages and combatlog time.
Broadcast message of combatlog.

Add a configurable sound when u enter and leave combat.

Add configurable commands that will be disabled in combat.

Add Golden Apple and Enderpearl cooldowns.

CONFIG:
All messages
All cooldowns
Amount of money lost

PERMISSIONS:
gapple.bypass (bypass golden apple cooldown)
epearl.bypass (bypass enderpearl cooldown)
ct.reload (reload config.yml)
