Combat Loggers + NoCheatPlus

Hey! Right now Im testing NoCheatPlus with a custom config and I dont know why users can't hit Combat loggers.

But If I am OP I can hit them.

PD: Please, serious answers.

Avoid answers with "Don't user NCP is shit"

Reason 1 is completely bs, I've had several 1000+ players filled servers run ncp without any lag. Reason 2 is easily adjustable within the configuration with minimal testing if you seriously need it but it shouldn't be an issue to begin with if you invest in a decent host. Reason 3 isn't even valid, like any of your claims.
