I have a history with running and managing servers, but have a new server idea in mind that I would need a lot of help with.
I once played a server years ago that was factions but with prison type ranks, and prison mines that you could mine and sell at the shop. (Plus some other features), I want to recreate this with my own twist on it since I haven't seen anything like it, and that one has shut down.
I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in helping with this huge project. I have some money and could help financially, but need another co-owner to help fund the rest. Looking for a developer that could double as a co-owner or just developer in general.
Pay would come from future server donations, so none at the moment. We can talk about the donation split once it comes to that.
Requirements:
- Developer experience (portfolio if possible)
- 16+
- Willing to get started right away
- Motivated to see this happen and thrive
- Lgbt friendly
Preferred:
- At least 18 years old
- Located in the USA
- Management experience
