Combo - FFA [Custom]

Hey guys it's me again. last time i was searching for a KitMap plugin but that was stupid e,e it was just how HCF servers start lol never knew that...

Now to the point. i would like someone to make me a custom Combo FFA plugin
For those who dont know what Combo is [98% of ya know] it's a PVP Ladder like gapple just without hit delay.

I'd like: *everything from badlion*
- Normal Gapple kit
- the delay like on badlion (dont know if its 0 or 5)
- Scoreboard [Name/Ping/Kills/Deaths/KDR]
- Kit Sign
- Chat Messages [idk yet]
- and some commands to make FFA spawn/kit sign/etc
